As an outstanding partnership with Spark and Qatar Fund For Development (QFFD), BINA Business Incubator recently launched the third edition of NAMA Entrepreneurs Competition, which mainly targeted Syrian refugee entrepreneurs residing in Turkey in order to create job opportunities and support the wheel of economic empowerment in the country.
BINA has awarded 25 startups from NAMA II competition, which was launched in 2021 with $1.500 in seed funding to help kickstart their companies.
NAMA III competition comes after the exciting success of the competition in its second edition, which was organized by BINA in late 2020 and targeted large sectors of Startups and SMEs Turkey.
NAMA competition is an international startup competition launched by BINA Business Incubator in 2019 and organized regularly, which provides a professional entrepreneurship program for startups & SMEs to help them grow up and sustain their businesses.
The first phase of the competition saw the recruitment of 25 mentors, who would guide the entrepreneurs through coaching and mentorship. Then, 80 new startup phase entrepreneurs joined the training program and received multiple courses including business plans and skills development training, team leadership, pitching skills, HR training and idea development training, as well as a certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
