In line with BINA’s mission of building the human & economic capacity in conflict affected societies our Director General Mr Mustafa Elsagezli launched the HIIGSI II Edition mentorship program on October 6, in Somalia for 80 startups and SMEs in partnership with SPARK, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Bushra Microfinance and SomBank.

The mentorship program will go on for 3 months whereby each startup will receive 10 hours of coaching during the incubation period in addition to 2 days of boot-camp, and finally the best start-ups will receive seed money as services to finalise their prototypes and MVPs.

The kick-off meeting was attended by officials from Spark, Bina Program Management, Bushra Microfinance, Som Bank and the project beneficiaries.
